Farmstay Village is an initiative set up with the local community in the Village surrounding the Phong Nha Farmstay. To help them sustainably venture into the tourism aindustry.. The idea is that as visitors to the area, you can stay in an accommodation owned by a local families utilizing the infrastructure, information, service and entertainment that has made the Phong Nha Farmstay what it is. This is a way that the family who owned the Phong Nha Farmstay could expand the experience of our business without turning it into a bigger resort style hotel. It’s more a unique “Community Based Tourism” “Working Farm Village Resort” model. And it’s a way we could positively; further share the benefits of what we are doing within the local community. The standard of these accommodations is the same as the rooms at Farmstay.

Farmstay Village Villa
It is owned by 7 of the local Phong Nha Farmstay staff members. They set it up with a little help from the Farmstay, but it is operated by the 7 staffs of the Farmstay that own it. The staffs are all part of the team at the Farmstay, and the Farmstay Village Villas incorporates the same type of quality atmosphere that made the Phong Nha Farmstay and the area famous.
Ninh’s Cottage
Ninh’s Cottage is located near the entrance into Farmstay Village and 200m from Phong Nha Farmstay. The cottage was built by the family of the local policeman in Farmstay Village. His name is Ninh, and him and his wife, Be, operate this accommodation to supplement their income. It is a 2-bedroom cottage with large king size beds, a kitchen area and outdoor lounge/recreation area. Each bedroom has a large outdoor garden come bathroom area with rain showers, twin sink and bathtub with pepper vines growing amidst them.
La Maison de Cu Nam
Located a stone throw away from Phong Nha Farmstay, La Maison de Cu Nam sits on endless rice paddies overviewing mountains. If peace is what you are looking for, the only disturbances will be birds singing during the day and frogs & crickets singing at night. La Maison de Cu Nam is a newly renovated traditional Vietnamese villa with french influences with outdoor areas to chill, fully functional kitchenette and lounging areas with Netflix TV plugged in. Its set up makes it the perfect holiday home for couples, honeymooners or families.
Banana House
100 meters away from Phong Nha Farmstay, Banana House, is owned by Mr Bao, one of the local drivers amongst the Cu Nam Village which work with us to pick up guests at the train station or the airport. Mr Bao and his family put together 3 charming bungalows on his property all surrounded by banana trees, which gave the name to his newly built accommodation.
