Phong Nha Farmstay Chef’s Table

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, the Farmstay kitchen throws it all in and comes out with a beautiful traditional Vietnamese meal which allows you to try several Vietnamese delicacies in one sitting. It is not a buffet dinner nor a set course, but more a family dinner shared by like-minded travellers in a homely and convivial fashion.

Showcasing northern, central and southern dishes, we aim to embrace Vietnamese food culture by sharing our Chef’s table. Please let us know ahead of time if you’ll be joining us for this wonderful bi-weekly occasion so we can plan accordingly as we don’t believe in over preparation of food as we’re an eco-friendly establishment.
