This purpose built French Colonial style accommodation was constructed using local labour and materials, staying true to local styles as much as possible while providing Western standard comfort from which you will be able to observe the everyday flow of seasonal rural life against the spectacular mountain backdrop. While the rooms are comfortable, your stay at the Phong Nha Farmstay or the Farmstay Village in general is more about what’s outside the room.

We are deep in the rural countryside, so we recommend that you stay for a while to get the best out of your visit and to truly get a feel for the area. We only accept bookings of a minimum of two nights, and highly recommend you stay for three or more. The vast majority of our guests comment upon departure that they’d wished they’d taken more notice to our online recommendation that they try and build and extra day or two into their itinerary at Phong Nha Farmstay.
